This work included the critical review of evidence base documents and undertaking of gap analysis and work to plug those gaps on a contingency basis. This included detailed analysis of imports of CDEW from London and of existing recycled/secondary aggregate production capacity to justify proposed provision for both minerals and waste. BPP Consulting played a key role in formulating Statements of Common Ground for agreement with representors, which helped the examination run more smoothly. BPP was also central to responding to queries from the Inspector and in presenting evidence on behalf of KCC at the public hearings, responding to the Inspector. Throughout the examination, BPP Consulting provided critical friend and project management support.
